So happy to be bringing you this post because it has a very special place in my heart…when in Las Vegas you MUST go to Hakkasan!  I first visited Hakkasan for dinner in London and became hooked (as noted in my interview with ShopStyle).  When you enter the restaurant you are immediately hit with the most amazing aroma, not the aroma of the delicious cuisine, but a sultry incense as if you’re walking into a temple.  Even walking to your seat is an experience as the restaurant is designed as an intricate matrices of wooden cages which really gives off a private dining vibe.  We started off with one of their signature cocktails, the Chinese Mule, and one of my favorite dishes in the world, the crispy duck salad.  To wrap up our dinner on a sweet note, we sampled the amazing fruit plate which was literally the most beautiful dessert I’ve ever seen.  It was so beautifully hand carved and perfectly placed, I had to snap nearly twenty iPhone photos before finally taking a bite…just too pretty to eat!

Since we were planning to go from the swanky dining room to the exclusive nightclub upstairs, I decided to go for a look that was sparkly and golden.  I wore a sequin shift dress that I recently picked up at White House Black Market and paired them with my long-time favorite gilded heels by Saint Laurent.  I figured, there are only so many opportunities to majorly glitz it up, and Las Vegas is definitely one of them.  Needless to say, my sequins were putting on a show of their own in the nightclub.  Sequins + DJ Tiesto + major laser light show = Best nightclub ever!

Without a doubt, Hakkasan Las Vegas will definitely be on my repeat-repeat-repeat list every time I’m in town.  I’m such a huge fan and love it even more with each visit.  Speaking of visit…who’s down to book a trip to Vegas?  You’ve just got to come with me and check out this place called Hakkasan… ;)

xoxo

Thanks Hannah! We used a flash since it was around sunset time that we took the photos and it definitely gave a flawless skin effect (hey, no complaints here! haha). You totally need to go to Hakkasan, its my favorite restaurant and nightclub I’ve ever experienced. This Kate Spade necklace is actually worn backwards..how fun is that?! Thanks for your comment! :)
