High on the Flying Trapeze

Top: Ted Baker // Pants: Simply Vera Vera Wang, similar here // Shoes: Theyskens’ Theory // Bag: Celine // Earrings: Kate Spade // Ring: Banana Republic // Nails: Essie Russian Roulette

I love sheer, flowy blouses that fall softly across your shoulders.  They are so beautiful and feminine and can be dressed up or down so easily.  When I found this Ted Baker top, I loved the old-fashioned circus print with images of characters on the flying trapeze. Since I’m always pairing my outfits with sky-high heels and wedges…perhaps I have a future in the circus…walking the tight rope!

These are the shoes Mallory! I finally got them to fit properly so that they aren’t two sizes too big! LOL

Thanks Rebecca! Is it just me or are sheer tops actually really warm? I always feel like they keep my warm when I have a tank worn underneath.

Amy! They actually are not that bad at all! The shoes that are painful for me now are the ones without the platform.

  6. I meant to tell you the other night how impressive these shoes are! I would totally fall on my face (and we know I’m good at that ;) I like the playfulness of the print an it looks great combined with the tough details on the pants. Can you get me hair that high? I need a tutorial :)
