Cucumber Tomato Burrata Salad

Fresh keto salad that is the perfect for those hot Summer days!

  • 2 cups sliced cucumber
  • 2 cups mixed red, yellow, and orange cherry tomatoes
  • to taste pink Himalayan salt,
  • to taste ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 leaves fresh basil thinly sliced (or dried)
  • 1 ball burrata cheese


  • Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well and add burrata ball in the center. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
