A Chateau and A Bow

This past Sunday I spent the day in Napa Valley with a couple girlfriends as one of the last possible days to enjoy being outside before the weather gets too cold and rainy.  My initial thought was I needed to wear boots as they would be the most functional footwear choice when exploring in the grape vines (or “wine trees” as we jokingly called them all day…).  Well apparently every other girl in Napa had the same thoughts and I think 95% of everyone we saw was wearing boots too.  I added a sparkly dress, sparkly watch, and sparkly jewelry to make my look a bit more special and girly, offset against my stone colored boots and utility jacket.  And you finish off my look fit for a chateau?  Cinch the waist with a bow!
