Spreading a little holiday cheer is more important this year than ever before! All of the essential workers around the world deserve to have their spirits lifted as they continue serving our communities so we can stay home and safe. As I am sure all of us have, this year has been a record year for me in terms of online shopping and ordering of everyday items. One group of essential workers who make the magic of computer to doorstep shopping possible are our delivery drives and mail carriers! I am so grateful for every single delivery driver who shows up to work everyday to make sure families get their essential items safely.

Delivery Driver Holiday Basket

To thank these amazing delivery driver and mail carriers, I put together a small basket of snacks and drinks for them to help themselves too along their delivery routes! I picked out a few salty, a few sweet, and a combo of water and some other drinks and the basket full of goodies sits by our door. Along with the basket, I created this printout to show our appreciation for our local delivery drivers! I have seen a few others doing this and I am so glad I decided to do one as well. Even if they never take something from the basket, showing appreciation for those who service us is so important. Some of my favorite viral videos to watch these days are delivery drivers getting excited and showing their gratitude about the baskets!
