I’ve had this dress in my closet for probably three years now and I’ve noticed that it only gets worn for holiday parties in December.  The sheen of the emerald green fabric makes it a bit fancy to wear year round but I was determined to find new ways to wear it.  For this past Sunday’s brunch I decided to wear it with a similar shade of green flannel top to make it less holiday and more everyday.  I’m still not over my fall plaid obsession and I love the way this shirt pops out of the racerback cut of the dress.  Who knows…this dress could become a new fall staple for me!
