For many people, the start of a new year means setting New Year’s resolutions…and more often than not–that includes exercise and eating healthier to counter balance all of the December holiday indulging (hello detox)! I recently heard a joke saying that “New Year’s resolutions are to-do lists for the first week of January”. In the spirit of being a bit of a week past the start of 2014, I’ve rounded up my favorite pieces to help promote healthy lifestyles and get us past that “first week of January” stigma.
