I’ve been in Las Vegas the past few days for MAGIC Market Week and its been so fun to enjoy some of the hot desert sun (in moderation with wonderful casino air conditioning of course!).  I feel like the sun here gives off such a glow and its an invigorating change to San Francisco fog!

I recently got this oversized fedora and I’ve been obsessed with it.  I think I might be experiencing a fashion renaissance or Dr. Jekyll / Mr. Hyde moment.  I love my neutrals color palette (white, beige, eggshell, ecru…) but I’ve been head over heels for black ever since THE HAT.  Weird, but I love it and I’m rolling with it and the extra dose of black I’ve been rocking.

My Vegas day look includes my classic black shades, cutout / lace-up heels. and this new statement necklace from Baublebar that is the perfect mix of glammed up sparkle and rock ‘n’ roll.

Do you have a piece in your closet that transforms your look like this hat does for me? Its so interesting how fashion can do that.  You can walk into your closet each morning and completely reinvent yourself through what you’re wearing–and I really love that.
