We dined at a long wooden table covered by beautiful Veuve Clicquot-yellow florals and enjoyed a special farm-to-table Korean menu by Chef Dennis Lee with four original courses, each perfectly paired with a different Veuve Clicquot champagne.  Yum!Veuve Cliquot DinnerVeuve Cliquot DinnerVeuve Cliquot DinnerIn this intimate setting, Francois Hurtel led us through a champagne tasting, which included Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Veuve Clicquot Vintage Blanc 2004, Veuve Clicquot Non-Vintage Rosé, Veuve Clicquot Rosé 2004 and Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec. Before taking our seats, the mix of bloggers and media mingled, instagrammed, and sipped glasses of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.Veuve Cliquot DinnerVeuve Cliquot DinnerFor the first course, we enjoyed raw treatments of local Albacore with compressed watermelon, tamari and basil paired with Vintage Blanc 2004. Following, we tried shiitake mushroom dumplings with mushroom dashi broth, paired with Non-Vintage Rosé. For the third course, we dined on smoked pork chop loin with poha berries and a miso glaze along with grilled peaches, paired with Vintage Rosé 2004.
