This past fall I traveled London on business and was lucky enough to escape to Paris for the weekend to check out the sights, savor warm croissants (read that with an accent “kwah-sonn”) and of course check out the fashion scene. I stumbled upon a fun vintage boutique that had tons of Chanel, YSL and Dior and had to bring home a souvenir. Some people bring back snowglobes and t-shirts from their travels…I bring back unique clothing and accessories to remind me of my trips. This vintage Chanel necklace was lucky enough to make it home to San Francisco and is now a regular in my necklace rotation. To complete my Parisienne look, throw in some black and white and iconic lèvres rouges (red lips).
I’m looking forward to this weekend–seeing friends and family, watching the 49ers get one step closer to the Superbowl (sorry if you’re rooting for another team, I have to support as a local!), and hanging out with some fellow bloggers. This weekend it will be raining in San Francisco but I’m looking forward to pulling out my TopShop raincoat! What are you up to this weekend?

I love finding vintage pieces – because no one else will have them! Cute outfit!

I completely agree regarding vintage! I haven’t ventured into vintage clothes much yet but want to…but not before a very thorough cleaning at the dry cleaners!
