I pulled together this look for a modern and on-trend twist on the classic pencil skirt and loafer shoe look.  These purples and reds go so nicely together to compliment the changing of the leaves as we get into these cooler Autumn months.

I found this coat at TopShop in London and had to find space in my carry-on to jet it back to San Francisco.  The deep red color, black seams and major hardware buckles reminds me of a coat Burberry would design and would be a great piece to dress up and down.  I paired this coat with a soft fluttery Cynthia Steffe blouse that I’ve been wanting for awhile.  Lucky enough…I found it on sale at TJ Maxx for–wait for it–$29!  With an original price of $245, that’s a crazy discount of 88% off!  Regardless of the seasons, scoring a designer deal is always in style!
