I’m a big fan of skirts and don’t like the idea of pushing them aside come fall and winter. With the temperatures slowly dropping a bit, I’ve been finding ways to transform some summer skirts into transitional pieces that I can continue to wear in fall. The other day I wanted to wear this Miss Wu skirt but it was just a little bit chilly outside. I decided to pair it with a mixed media sweater–part leather, part knit–to keep me warm enough to be bare legged. This combo definitely worked for mid-October but once the temps drop a bit more, I’ll add some tights to the look to make this work.
And how fabulously do the heels and skirt work together? Love love love the pops of blue and yellow together! How do you transition your summer pieces to fall?
You look great Jen and I love those heels!! Zara always has the cutest heels

I hate having regrets – and they typically happen when I don’t buy shoes. Insert this pair, they’re amazing!
