A few weeks back I was invited to come to the new Kurt Geiger store in San Francisco to check out their fabulous (and seemingly endless!) collection of shoes. Since this is the first store location of this London-based designer in the United States, I was thrilled to learn more about the brand and try on a few pairs…check out my visit below!
The San Francisco store is located in a prime shopping location right on Union Square
The largest of all Kurt Geiger shoe chandeliers resides in the San Francisco location and is quite an amazing art installment. Can I get one of these in my house?!?
Kurt Geiger owns four labels: Kurt Geiger London, KG Kurt Geiger, Carvela Kurt Geiger and Miss KG for all ranges of shoe-addict budgets. Fun fact: The Kurt Geiger London collection is made in the same factory in Italy as Dolce & Gabbana shoes! Molto bene!
Of all of the hundreds of beautiful shoes in Kurt Geiger, these red ones stole my heart. What can I say, I’m a sucker for sky-high heels and sparkle!
Kurt Geiger carries a line of fashion jewelry, bags and other accessories…just in case shoes aren’t your thing…
The signature Kurt Geiger heel and signature star on the printed scarf
How gorgeous are all five of these bow-adorned heels lined up? I can’t decide which one is best
Fun fact: Kurt Geiger created its own custom machine to create signature star-shaped bubble wrap packaging for jewelry and other accessories, so cute!
Trying on my first pair, I’ve been looking for a pair of classic booties for fall and I love the slight curve to the heel
Trying the second pair–a stunning red velvet with detachable jeweled bows, ankle strap and of course a healthy amount of platform!
Top: Forever 21, similar here // Pants: H&M, similar here // Brown shoes: Coach, similar here // Black shoes: Kurt Geiger // Red shoes: Kurt Geiger // Bracelet: JCrew, and on my wish list here // Ring: Banana Republic, just as gorgeous here
Needless to say, I had a fantastic time visiting Kurt Geiger and I’m happy to have a new-to-San Francisco designer in my neighborhood! I forsee my shoe collection growing in the months to come…thank you for the wonderful hospitality, Kurt Geiger SF!
OMG! So jealous. Those pumps with the bows are so cute. Love those velvet embellished shoes – looks like you might have gotten some great stuff.
Okay, seriously…I’m freaking out!! It’s like my idea of heaven! Those booties were perfection! Did you end up getting them?
