I recently did a major clean out of my bathroom vanity and purged expired makeup and skincare products and it felt so good to clean house. The bathroom storage cleaning really helped me refine my beauty cabinet down to my essentials. It made me focus on products that make my skin feel its best and makeup that gives me a flawless finish. So today I’m sharing my Glo Skin Beauty skincare routine I’ve been loving.
One of the brands that has been on a steady rotation on my countertop has been Glo Skin Beauty. I first used the Glo products back when they were glo therapeutics–but they have merged (and I am so obsessed with their rebranded packaging). I’ve been using a range of Glo products from cleansers, serums, masks and makeup and consistently love my results.
START WITH A CLEANSER
I’ve been starting my Glo Skin Beauty skincare routine with the Glycolic Resurfacing Cleanser. I try to get facials every month or two months because its a great de-stressing therapy to get me out of my office and give my skin some love. When I get facials I do glycolic peels to help reduce the texture on my skin and they work wonders—but I wanted something that would similarly help, but something I could use at home without an aesthetician. I had acne starting at 13 and now later on, I’ve noticed my skin can easily get congested and develop texture from clogged pores, build up of dry skin and oil, etc. so glycolic acid has been my friend! This cleanser goes onto wet skin and works its magic to exfoliate and give me a facial result at home.
While you’re starting out with glycolic acids, I would recommend you try it out and see how your skin responds. Work your way up to using a few times a week as you get accustomed to it. I use this Monday, Wednesday, Friday weekly and make sure I apply sunscreen—no wrinkles for me please!
APPLY AN ANTIOXIDANT-RICH SERUM
And speaking of wrinkles…my next skincare routine step is the Glo Skin Beauty Phyto-Active Firming Serum. I use this serum to perk up my skin and reduce fine lines. This has helped me when I wake up with the dreaded pillow crease lines on my face, ha! I’ll give the bottle one pump and apply it to my face, working the gel into my skin from the middle of my face outward. Love that extra boost of radiance before moisturizer and makeup. I have handfuls of other Glo serums and creams from their different solution lines. So I’ll mix and match based on what my skin is craving on a given week—this week it’s smoothing and firming.
FINISH YOUR LOOK WITH A LIPSTICK
I’ve been experimenting with the Glo Skin Beauty makeup too and am having such a fun time playing with it! Their makeup makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. I go through lipstick like you wouldn’t believe so having this Glo Skin Beauty Suede Matte Crayon makes it easy to touch up on the go. I feel like this color (Trademark) is the perfect nude shade for my skin tone and have been getting tons of compliments. And best of all—it’s cruelty free which this puppy mama loves!
Overall, I highly recommend you add some Glo Skin Beauty to your routine if you’re looking for skincare and makeup that nourishes and protects to give you your best skin yet!

First time I heard of the beauty product line. I will have to read more about them and check out some items that I would be needing this summer. I love the lip color. I like natural shades over the “loud” colors. Thanks for letting me know about GLO.
