I think we all can agree that Kate Middleton wins the title of cutest girl in the UK, right?  She’s a new mom, has impeccable fashion style, and rocks a gorgeous head of hair!  Since she’s been a major fashion inspiration to me, it brings me great pleasure to introduce to you the new Banana Republic x Issa collection–style straight from the UK that is fit for a queen (or a duchess??).

I loved Kate’s royal blue Issa engagement dress that sold out worldwide in seconds, and jumped at the opportunity to take the new Banana Republic x Issa wrap dress for a spin in the same beautiful royal blue sapphire hue.  I love this piece because its a great transition color for fall and a classic wrap dress doesn’t go out of style.  Paired with a pebbled statement necklace, the dress is an essential piece for a work-to-night outfit and a very flattering shape.

      Emi–This is the royal blue color but it seems like there was a mislabeling of the color online calling it turquoise. It is indeed royal blue! Here is the communication from Banana Republic:

    You look really great in the dress!

    The necklace is too much, in my opinion. It sort of takes away from your pretty face and your silky hair, your two best accessories! It also competes with your scarf. The bracelets and shoes are very lovely.

    I bought the same dress today online, so I hope it fits well!
