Is it just me or does life never seem to slow down? I feel like I have so many projects going on at once and things to remember–I’d be lost without my notebook where I capture my to-do lists and ideas. Since I’ve been bustling around during the week I’ve been wearing outfits that are easily dressed up and down like this boyfriend jeans look. If I’m running errands (like the farmer’s market today) I can slip on some sneakers (these Nikes or these slip-ons) to dress down my jeans, or if I’m heading to a meeting, slip into some classic pumps to dress it up! I love the navy blue color of these shoes–I don’t wear them often enough but I’m thinking they need to come out to play more often!
For my beauty look, I prepped my skin with the Cosmedicine Triple-P Perfected Brightening Serum to fend off free-radical damage, I’m loving the way this feels on my skin! I’m wearing a new-to-me CC+ cream from IT Cosmetics. The scent of this reminds me of the Bliss lemon-sage scent and its SPF 50+ so I’m protected from the sun! I love the coverage this provides while still being lightweight. I’m experimenting with some different colors and can film a swatching video if you guys would be interested! I’ve also been on a false lash kick lately and love this flirty pair from Kiss–bonus they are only $5! For my hair, I applied some Dove oil to my ends and made some big bouncy curls with a new iron I’m trying out–the XL barrel curling iron from Hot Tools. Would you want to see a video on this hairstyle using the XL curling rod? So many videos I want to film… but need to prioritize! Will definitely be adding to my overflowing notebook of to-do lists!
